i don\'t know much of how to run a blog, but the best way to learn is to do it!

anyway, lets talk about something that i\'m interested in that you guys and gals could also get into!

let\'s talk author\'s: who is your favorite? how much has he/she influenced you? how would you summerize their style? what drew/draws you to them again and again?

me personally, my favorite is Stephen King! he has influenced my writing greatly. i have a poem titled \"the gunslinger\", which is based off of one of his books. his style struck me as a romantic realist with the same mind set as edgar alan poe (which is one heck of a combo!). i was first drawn to his writing in an english class in high school, where the teacher had us read \"the gunslinger\" (it is book one of the greatest series of books ever! harry potter doesn\'t come close!) anyway that\'s what i got to say.....your turn!
