On making decisions
That affects others’ direction
Some settle on pain
To destroy the victim as they smile!
With power at their finger tips
And authority that is above everything,
Some settle on abuse.
Victims are defenseless, thus they know!
Upon stepping on toes
Not one’s own,
Some settle on reconciliation
Knowing one day their will be the next…

| Critique: | A nice little piece! I especially liked the "upon stepping on toes not someone's own" bit. I felt that to be a clever line. Well done. I'd just suggest fixing up the grammatical errors in it is all. |

I only have but 2 suggestions:) One is a small editing things.
The title is good, however due to our editor, you may want to place the "Some settle... inside of the main text
(diff title maybe?)

On making decisions
The only other suggestion is for the last sentence of the piece:
Some settle on reconciliation
Knowing one day their will be the next…
""Knowing one day ((will be their next))""" This is a better sentence, however it is also a cliche' Just wanted to tip you on that:)
