I AM

I am the sky,

Everyone try to touch me,

But are unable to jump that high.

 

I am like the sea,

Everyone try to know about me,

But are unable to dive that deep.

 

 I am like the forest,

Dying daily,

But always green for others.

 

I am like a bird,

I don’t have a single destination,

I don’t have a definite limit.

 

I am like soft wind,

Pleasant for others,

But still wandering.

 

I am like a river,

I chose my own path,

So that I don’t blame others for my tomorrow.

 

 I am like a wave,

 I never return back towards the sea,

Though I drop while reaching the shore.

 

 A fake smile on my face,

Tears hiding behind my eyes,

So that the world can see only the first one.

 

As I am the nature’s form,

I have never learnt to ask,

 But to provide what others are asking for.
