Submission Guidelines
You must be a registered member to participate in all areas of the site. All material submitted to One Stop Write Shop's on line writing community, is in compliance with The Data Protection Act of 1998.
Users under the age of 14 must have parental consent prior to registering, using, or entering any contest at One Stop Write Shop.
We care about our young readers and writers on this site and comply with the (COPPA), Children’s Online Protection Act, of 2000.
Liability Statement
The One Stop Write Shop website or its affiliates are not responsible for any damages whatsoever by use of others posting on our website. This includes but is not limited to submitting writing, images, or other websites linked to this site or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damage resulting from the use of this web site.
Members are responsible for their own actions when using this site or any other activity affiliated with this site and its other members. By accepted the terms and conditions in this agreement you are stating you understand that you are and will be held legally responsible for your activities on this site if conflict should arise or other such dispute.

The rules of this site were created to help all of our members, guest, and administrators. The following list of rules may change, or be edited without prior notice to the users of this site. We will place updates we feel important such as a RULE change in the announcement section of our member forum.

WARRANTY POLICIES
Site Content, Membership Packages, Tokens, Products & Shipping Cost

One Stop Write Shop, LLC does not provide a warranty regarding this site, its contents, or the materials submitted by other users of any type. Materials posted at One Stop Write Shop, LLC is provided “as is.”
Membership Packages
There is no warranty of membership packages purchased at One Stop Write Shop, LLC. Once you purchase a package, there is no option for returned fees, or prorated memberships for upgrading accounts previously purchased. A membership at One Stop Write Shop, LLC can be canceled at any time.
Parents of Minors
Parents/guardians of all minors have the option at OSWS to have their child's membership removed at anytime, for any reason. The rules of cancellation of membership still apply.
Tokens
If you choose to cancel your membership or that of a minor, the tokens acquired through critique, purchase or given as gifts are not redeemable for cash value. Tokens can be given to other users on the site, or used as virtual money in the member store on selected products where listed.
Tokens left in balance of a closed/canceled account will remain the property of OSWS. Please contact a TEAM member prior to canceling membership if you would like to give your remaining tokens to another user.
Virtual Money- Earned through acquiring tokens
Virtual money cannot be exchanged for cash, EVER!
The rate of virtual money earned at One Stop Write Shop, LLC is not the same as regular cash.
You can redeem the virtual money to purchase selected products sold only by our administrators in our OSWS member store ONLY!
Warranty Procedure
We suggest you contact our tech support team first by posting a question in our Help Desk to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Then make an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. See Return Policy for more details.
30-Day Warranty (on administered sold products only.)
Member Store:
We offer a limited 30-day money back warranty on selected products sold in our member store. Warranty information is posted in the description of such products. A
Products sold (Excluding membership packages, tokens, shipping on products)
Products sold by members at OSWS are not covered under any such warranty. They are sold, "AS IS."
NOTE: We are not responsible for products sold by our members that are damaged, lost, stolen, or in a condition not described by the seller.
One Stop Write Shop offers a limited warranty on selected items of products sold in our member store.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to katinamwoodruff@yahoo.com, or call on our business phone at 740-763-4588.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
The laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, will govern this Agreement in its entirety. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Licking County, the State of Ohio, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement
It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes or modifications, as there will be no individual notices to Users regarding such changes or modifications.
